KBHI can be engaged to undertake common area repairs as Graham and Fran have a sister construction company that predominately works with the structural repairs of concrete cancer and footing rectification of high rises on the Gold Coast. We handed over the keys to Fran and returned to Adelaide while the renovation was in progress. Fran and her team coordinated access requirements with the complex managers. During the course of the renovation various appliances and plumbing products we had purchase, were delivered to the KBHI warehouse and stored until installation.
We departed Burleigh Heads as work was beginning, and returned several months later to find the renovation almost completed. We are extremely happy with the fantastic job done to a very high standard, and just love it. Thank you so much for a job well done KBHI.
